I am so grateful to Host Jay Frost for having me as a guest on DonorSearch Philanthropy Masterminds.
I shared about the joys of giving that I wrote about in my book.
I told him Season 4 of the You Are A Philanthropist podcast is coming out before the end of the year, and I will stick to my word on that. This year, I completed my goal of creating over 50 episodes! What an accomplishment to be thankful for!
2024 was my year of “gratitude” – the word I chose to focus on this year.
And, I’m thankful I was able to get into a routine of writing in my gratitude journal every day about three things I’m grateful for to start the day. I even involved my kids.
Thursday is Thanksgiving – a very special holiday for me. My family will go around the dinner table and say what we were thankful for this year. It’s usually a on-the-spot decision I make so I’m not going to think about it just yet.
The decided my word of the year of 2025 is “joy.” That’s my goal this year – joy in any and all circumstances. Joy to me is a deep-rooted happiness and a reflection of my focus to pray to God during difficult circumstances.
I will publish my second book in 2025! I’ve made a list of goals for the year and that is top of my list. The working title is “Give and Live Well: The Synergy of Health and Philanthropy.” Please email me with your thoughts and if you want to be on my launch team or you can sign-up here.
My launch team will get early access to the book, a free copy of the finished product, a shout-out in the book, and other discounts and freebies.
Please enjoy this webcast. I was a guest on four other podcasts there – one to be released after Thanksgiving. You can find the others here.
Have a blessed holiday season and stay tuned for the upcoming release of Season 4 of the podcast.
