Guest Bio

Hi, I’m Erin Cummings! Since 2015, my journey evolved from launching a Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga seasonal small business, which I sold, to establishing YESyoga, a yoga and lifestyle brand in Texas that underlines health and self-awareness through yoga. With over ten years in the entrepreneurial realm, from an Etsy small business to real estate investment, I embody the spirit of personal development in business, maintaining harmony in a multi-faceted environment…all while pursuing an MS in Entrepreneurship at the University of Houston—a testament to my commitment as a lifelong learner.

My enthusiasm stretches from the yoga mat to the heart of the community, backing initiatives like the Women for Women’s Innovation Fund and WSU’s Student Managed Investment Fund, nurturing future pioneers in business and leadership. Residing in Houston with family, I am dedicated to steering individuals—especially women—away from the overwhelm of imposter syndrome towards realizing their potential. At YESyoga, we’re all about transforming lives with simple, actionable practices. I advocate the significant impact of mindfulness on decision-making, innovation, and well-being in entrepreneurship. Let’s connect and discover how strategic mindfulness can revolutionize your professional and personal life, empowering you to affirm your ‘YES’ in the dynamic realm of entrepreneurship.
